Founded during the Great Depression, this company was created in response to a change in the industry. Rather than purchase new office equipment, more customers had begun hiring technicians to repair the devices they already had.
With an eye for innovative solutions, founder Ed McHale saw an opportunity to fill a need in the industry. His company could combine outstanding office equipment with services for repairing that equipment while maintaining printer toner and printer supplies.
